Rates: Land prices may change due to currency fluctuations or changes in the tax.
Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application together with a deposit of $400.00 per person must be received before confirming your reservations. Final payment must be received by March 15, 2016.
Cancellations and Amendments: Airlines tickets are non-refundable once ticketed. If you cancel the booking between January 1 and March 15, 2016 there is a $400 per person cancellation fee. If you cancel after March 15 there is no refund. All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.
IGUASSU FALLS Extension: Bookings cancelled + 90 days or more are subject to $600 penalty. Between 89 and 61 days prior to departure there is a 50% cancellation penalty. Cancellations received 60 days or less prior to departure are subject to 100% penalty.
Not included in price: All items not specifically listed under tour features. Race entry fee is additional.
Insurance: Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is available on request and is highly recommended for all travelers.
Responsibility: These tours are operated by Marathon Tours, Inc. of Boston, MA who acts only as an agent for the passenger to the companies offering such services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by any reason whatsoever by any party offering such services. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure with a full refund made as full settlement to the passenger. Marathon Tours, Inc. may make any changes or alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary for the proper handling of the tour and may refuse any person as a member of the tour. The sole responsibility of any airline used is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their aircraft.
