Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application together with a deposit of $200 per hotel room plus the applicable entry fee of $355 for the Glass Slipper Challenge, $195 for the Princess half-marathon and $145 for the Enchanted 10K if you are booking your entry through Marathon Tours must be received before confirming your reservations. Final payment must be received no later than December 1, 2015
Cancellations: Cancellations made in writing before December 1 are subject to a $200 per room charge plus the race entry fee(s). Cancellations made in writing on or after December 1 are subject to a 100% per person charge for the land packages and race entry. Any unused features are non-refundable. Airline tickets are non-refundable once ticketed.
Not included in price: All items not specifically listed under tour features.
Race entry: All of Marathon Tours guaranteed race entries will be done online through a special link with the Run Disney and are not included in our package prices. Entry fee per person of $355 for the Glass Slipper Challenge, $195 for the 1/2 marathon and $145 for the 10K is non-refundable. You will be billed by Marathon Tours for the entry, You do not pay for it while registering online.
Insurance: Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is available on request and is highly recommended to all participants.
Responsibility: These tours are operated by Marathon Tours, Inc. of Boston, MA who acts only as an agent for the passenger to the companies offering such services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by any reason whatsoever by any party offering such services. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure with a full refund made as full settlement to the passenger. Marathon Tours, Inc. may make any changes or alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary for the proper handling of the tour and may refuse any person as a member of the tour. The sole responsibility of any airline used is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their aircraft.
