Booking Conditions


Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application together with a deposit of $100.00 per adult person plus the applicable entry fee if you are booking your entry through Marathon Tours must be received before confirming your reservations. Final payment must be received no later than November 5, 2012

Cancellations: Cancellations made in writing before October 5 are subject to a $100 per person charge plus the race entry fee. Cancellations made in writing on or after October 6 are subject to a 100% per person charge for the land packages and race entry. Any unused features are nonrefundable. Airline tickets are nonrefundable once ticketed.

Not included in price: All items not specifically listed under tour features.

Race entry: All of Marathon Tours guaranteed race entries will be done online through a special link with the Walt Disney World Marathon organizing Committee sometime after September 1, and are not included in our package prices. Entry per person is $280 for the half-marathon, $375 for the Dumbo Double Dare, and $190 for the 10K, and is non-refundable. The entry fee includes a one-day/one park pass and commemorative pin. There is a limit of 2 late entries per room reservation.


Insurance: Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is available on request and is highly recommended to all participants.

Responsibility: These tours are operated by Marathon Tours, Inc. of Boston, MA who acts only as an agent for the passenger to the companies offering such services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by any reason whatsoever by any party offering such services. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure with a full refund made as full settlement to the passenger. Marathon Tours, Inc. may make any changes or alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary for the proper handling of the tour and may refuse any person as a member of the tour. The sole responsibility of any airline used is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their aircraft.
