Bank of America Chicago Marathon Travel and Entry Information

OCTOBER 11, 2015

We are happy to announce our travel packages for the 2015 Bank of America Chicago Marathon

are now available

The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is known worldwide for its fast, flat course and its thrilling world-class athlete competition.

As an official tour operator, Marathon Tours & Travel can offer assistance in booking your hotel and entry for the marathon weekend at excellent locations!  Our experienced staff, some who have run the marathon themselves, can also assist you with other travel services such as securing the best airfare, transfers from the airport, etc.

As many of you are aware the Bank of America Chicago Marathon has changed to a lottery drawing for runners looking to participate in the marathon.  As part of the change in the entry process they have also revised the way that tour operators can provide guaranteed entry into the event, last year doubling the cost of the race entries tour operators were able to provide.

As always, it will be a marathon weekend you will not soon forget. One of the World Marathon Majors, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon is a great choice if you want to chase after a personal record or simply to finish your first marathon.

Packed with spectators, the scenic course will take you past many historic landmarks and through numerous diverse neighborhoods including colorful Old Town, Little Italy and Chinatown. Please visit our Event Information page for more about this must-do marathon.

Come for the run but take advantage of all that Chicago has to offer. Many of the city’s attractions are conveniently located within walking distance of one another including the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium and Museum of Science and Industry located at Chicago’s lakefront Museum Campus. Visit Navy Pier, stroll (or run) along the pedestrian pathway that stretches for miles along Lake Michigan and shop the Magnificent Mile along Michigan Avenue.
