The Hotel Metropole is a deluxe four-star property located only one mile from the start and is within walking distance to the most important sights. The hotel has been completely renovated with warm, soft colors in the reception and lobby areas.

The Plaza Lucchesi is located in the historic city center, on the right bank of the Arno River, with a marvelous view of Florence and a southern exposure. We are across from Piazzale Michelangelo and San Miniato al Monte, a few steps away from the church of Santa Croce, the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery and a short distance from the Duomo (Cathedral), as well as the Accademia where the celebrated David by Michelangelo is kept.
