Passing Hyde Park, you'll take on a long straight up Flinders Street before a single loop of Centennial Park. From here it's back down to Mrs. Macquarie's Chair before you finish in front of the Sydney Opera House. Whilst it's not a completely flat route the marathon is still considered fast and very runner and spectator friendly. The time limit is 7 hours.
