This is optional and is open to runners and supporters for $50 per person. All tours depart from the Sheraton Boston Hotel (39 Dalton Street) and tickets must be purchased in advance. We recommend bringing your Program Book so you have a map of the course.\r\n\r\nTemperature:<\/strong> The average weather during the month of April in the Boston area is a high of 57F and the average low is 41F. Temperature swings are common in New England in the spring.\r\n\r\nEntry Fee:<\/strong> Each runner must secure their bib directly with the B.A.A.<\/span>\r\n\r\nEligibility:<\/strong> Runners must qualify to run the Boston Marathon\u00ae<\/span> by running a qualifying time at a certified marathon. Note: <\/strong>All hotels have a minimum two night stay except for Holiday Inn Cambridge, Hilton Back Bay, Ritz Carlton, Colonnade, Fairmont Copley, W Boston, Mandarin Oriental, Sheraton Copley, Westin Copley, Marriott Copley and The Godfrey (Q\/Q only) which have a three night minimum.<\/div>\r\n
\r\nBooking Policy:<\/strong><\/div>\r\n
At the time of booking, you will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee of 5% of the full room and taxes for total nights of the reservation. If nights are added or hotel is changed after the initial booking, an additional administrative for the increased value of the hotel stay will be charged. The fee will be charged directly to the credit card provided for your hotel room by Marathon Tours & Travel.<\/div>\r\n

\r\nPayments:<\/strong> Rooms are secured on a credit card hold and you will pay the total amount of your stay including taxes to the hotel directly upon check-in. A one-night deposit may be charged by the hotel to the credit card on file within 30 days prior to arrival, subject to the hotel\u2019s policy. Additional charges beyond the administrative fee will not be applied to your credit card by Marathon Tours & Travel unless you cancel or modify your existing reservation. Cancellation fees will be applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Changes and cancellation fees are assessed per room.<\/div>\r\n
