Rome Marathon
When you run in Rome, you run in an open-air museum!
This is a route that is unmatched anywhere in the world. With a start and finish at the Roman Forum, you will pass in front of the Vittoriano; then in Piazza Venezia, you will gaze upon the Circus Maximus and feel the breeze of the Lungotevere. From there your eyes will cast upon Castel Sant’Angelo as well as St. Peter’s Basilica. Other famous sites on the course include the Foro Italico, the Mosque, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna with the famous Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and Via del Corso. Throughout, you will be engaged and enthralled!
As the exclusive North America official tour partner for Run Rome The Marathon, we are pleased to offer a four-night package with recently renovated rooms at the beautifully-adorned Starhotels Metropole. Within walking distance of the marathon start and finish, you will also find many Rome landmarks just a short walk from your doorstep. End your Italian getaway with a few nights in Florence, just 90 minutes north of Rome!
