Marathon Tours & Travel announced as Cardiff Half Marathon’s Official Travel Partner from 2027

Manchester, United Kingdom – 28 September 2026 – Marathon Tours & Travel will help runners from across the UK and around the world experience Wales’ largest mass participation event and the UK’s only SuperHalf.

The world’s leading marathon travel company has been announced as the new Official Travel Partner of the Cardiff Half Marathon from 2027, bringing its expertise in race travel to one of Europe’s largest and best-known half marathons.

The partnership will see Marathon Tours & Travel provide dedicated travel and accommodation options for runners travelling to Cardiff for the race, helping participants make the most of their Cardiff Half Marathon experience.

The Cardiff Half has experienced significant growth in recent years, attracting more than 29,000 runners, including thousands of participants from overseas. As one of six races in the prestigious SuperHalfs Series, alongside Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen and Valencia, Cardiff has become an increasingly popular destination for runners completing their SuperHalfs journey.

Through the partnership, runners who secure their own place in the Cardiff Half Marathon will be able to book accommodation through Marathon Tours & Travel.

For runners who are unable to secure a place through the standard entry process, Marathon Tours & Travel will also offer race entry through travel packages, providing another opportunity for international and UK participants to take part in the event.
