Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to participants aged 18 and over.

1.2 Employees of Marathon Tours & Travel, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Only one completed entry per person is permitted during the promotional period: 31st January – 7th February 2026.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The competition begins on 31/01/26 and ends on 07/02/26 at 11:59 PM GMT.

2.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Complete the entry form above.

4. Prize Details

4.1. One (1) randomly selected participant and their chosen running partner will win:

1. X2 race entries to the TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2026. The marathon is planned to take place on 18/10/26.
2. TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2026 three night travel package for two people. This is hosted by Marathon Tours & Travel and includes three (3) nights accommodation in Amsterdam (choice of double or twin room), daily breakfasts, welcome meet & greet, orientation run/walk from hotel to include start/finish area, escorted expo visit, pre-race dinner, race day support, post-race celebration, guidance and support from Marathon Tours & Travel team. 4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

5.2. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the closing date.

5.3. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.

6. General Conditions

6.1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.3. By submitting the form, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Marathon Tours & Travel.

6.4. Marathon Tours & Travel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a disruptive manner.

6.5. Marathon Tours & Travel reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the giveaway.

7.1. Personal data collected as part of the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
