Please make your own arrangements to arrive at the INNSiDE Valencia Oceanic today.
Usually, hotel rooms are ready to check in after 15:00.
If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with the hotel and explore your surroundings while you wait for the room to be ready.
Tonight at around 18:00, meet your MTT host and fellow runners in the hotel bar for a welcome drink – first one’s on us!
This meeting will also be an opportunity for you to collect your race pack from your host, which they will collect from the Expo on your behalf.
Saturday 25 October 2025
This morning at around 07:30, we will gather in the hotel lobby before departing for an easy 5km shakeout run!
After breakfast, at around 10:00 your MTT host will be in the hotel reception to distribute any remaining race bibs.
The rest of the day can be enjoyed at your leisure.
Tonight, at around 18:30, join your MTT host and fellow runners for a pre-race dinner at the hotel.

Race Day!
An early breakfast will be available this morning. The start venue for the half marathon is located at Avinguda Tarongers; a transfer to the start area from the hotel will be provided for all runners. On arrival at the start please follow the instructions of the race officials, run and have fun!
The route passes right by the hotel at KMs 16 and 17– perfectly positioned for spectators to cheer on their runners as they head into their final 5K!
After the race make your way back to the hotel or jump on one of the transfers provided, freshen up, and relax…you deserve it!
Tonight at around 18:00, we will gather in the hotel bar for a celebration drink – first one’s on us!

Room Policy
Marathon Tours & Travel’s policy is that anyone staying in our room block must be part of our package. If you plan to bring a spouse or guest, they must purchase our package. For example, if there are two of you, the rate would be the double occupancy rate (per person). If you purchase a single occupancy rate package, then only you are allowed in your room. To attend any of our activities, you must be part of our package.

Guaranteed Valencia Half Marathon 2025 Entry
We are pleased to offer you guaranteed entry for the Valencia Half Marathon 2025!
Eligibility:
Marathon Tours & Travel, an authorised tour operator, is required to offer travel arrangements in conjunction with guaranteed race entry. All runners must be 18 years or older to participate in the half marathon.
Race Rules apply.
Temperature:
The Half Marathon is held in October, this means that you will be running under blue skies with average temperatures of between 15-18 degrees and a light breeze from the Mediterranean.
Difficulty:
Easy, flat course – if you’re looking to get a PB; Valencia is the place to go!
Course
Valencia has a flat course. During the race you will go from the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, along wide tree-lined avenues through the port area, skirting the beach, through the medieval old town before going back to the port area to finish the race.
Race Time:
The start will be at 08:25 and the race will finish by 12:20.
Minimum Pace/Cut-off Time Policy:
The maximum official time for finishing the race will be 2h:45, with this time limit not being exceeded under any circumstances.
Awards:
Every finisher receives a medal.

How to Book
To make your booking, click on the button at the top of the page, ensuring that you select the correct number of rooms and types for all members in your party, plus all the required extras. When you book, we will require a deposit to confirm your place.
Payments
When you confirm your booking, we will take a deposit payment. Subsequent payments are taken automatically.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance with sufficient healthcare cover. Make sure that you are insured for existing medical conditions, any activities you plan to do and any equipment that you plan to take. Security Policy
Marathon Tours & Travel’s security policy requires that anyone staying in our room block must be registered as part of our package. If a registered client attempts to house a non-registered guest and/or invite them to attend any of our scheduled activities, the registered guest’s tour package will be forfeited and parties may be denied access to future tours. Please note that no exceptions will be made as this policy will be strictly enforced.
Race Rules and Terms of Participation
Our itinerary and details regarding the race are based on current information available at the time this package was released for sale. Whilst we expect the details to remain correct, changes are possible and will be confirmed nearer to the trip after the race organisers have confirmed final instructions.

Starting Pens and Bib Numbers
Although we are licensed to sell official entries for the Valencia Half Marathon 2025 event we have no influence over the allocation of starting times and bib numbers.
Closer to the event we will send you instructions which will allow you to complete the registration process. Once you have finalised the registration process, the race organisers will allocate you a starting time and bib based on the information provided.
