The Schneider Electric Paris de Marathon 2024 is going to be a special marathon for the city of Paris, as the event marks the first major sporting spectacle as the city gets ready to host the Olympics in the summer. Where will the Paris Olympics take place?

Starting on the famous Champs Elysées, join us and thousands more for this iconic event. The route takes in a lot of Paris’ most iconic sights and locations, including the Eiffel Tower and the stunning Notre Dame. The route also passes a number of locations that will feature prominently in the Olympics, including the triathlon and marathon walk events start and finish line, and arenas for the beach volleyball, fencing and basketball. Two sections of the Schneider Electric Paris de Marathon route pass an area of the city that will feature heavily in athletics events at the 2024 Olympics. As you pass the Eiffel Tower after 30 kilometres of your marathon, the Pont d’Iena bridge over the River Seine on the right-hand side will feature heavily in the Olympics, including road cycling. The marathon route loops round to the other side of the bridge at the 40 kilometres mark. Paris in 2024 will be a buzz with activity as the city gets ready to be the centre of the sporting universe ahead of the 2024 Olympics. This will be one of the first major sporting events the city will host during a huge year, making the 2024 Paris Marathon a race for all to experience!
