Arrival Day, Welcome & Shake-out Run.
Make your own arrangements to arrive at the Hotel Century Old Town in Prague today. Usually, hotel rooms are ready to check in after 3:00pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with the hotel and explore your surroundings.
You are free to enjoy the city at your leisure. If you wish to visit the Expo to collect your race registration pack, please do so (instructions will be provided with the final itinerary).
Marathon Tours & Travel hosts will be available in your hotel today to meet and answer any questions you might have.
At 5:30pm, we invite you to join your Marathon Tours & Travel host and your running peers for an easy shake-out run from the hotel. It will acquaint you with the local area and shake-out any travel tiredness. The run will be easy and at a pace comfortable for all fitness levels. Afterwards please join us for a drink; a perfect opportunity to ask questions and get to know your fellow runners.
Friday, March 27
Expo & Pasta Dinner
This morning at 10:00am we will escort you to the Expo to collect your race registration pack. However, if you wish to make your own way there in your own time, instructions will be provided with the final itinerary. Your race pack must be collected before the registration closes this evening. The rest of the day is at your leisure. The Marathon Tours & Travel team will be happy to suggest some sightseeing options.
Often restaurants are booked up early, but you do not need to worry about finding somewhere to carb-load this evening as you can join your Marathon Tours & Travel host for a delicious and nutritious pre-race pasta dinner at our hotel or a venue close by.

Saturday, March 28
Race Day and Celebrations!
Breakfast will be available early. Those running the GENERALI Prague Half Marathon 2026 will be able to walk from the Hotel Century Old Town. Your Marathon Tours & Travel host will be happy to escort runners to the start area or you can follow the directions provided to make your own way, in your own time. From Hotel Century Old Town, it’s a straightforward 30 minute walk or 15 minutes by public transport to the start area (Bubenské Nábřeží, Holešovice). Please leave plenty of extra time to make your way through the crowds and to drop off your bag (if you chose this option), as well as to find your specific start pen. On arrival at the start please follow the instructions of the race officials, run and have fun!
After the race make your way back to the hotel, freshen up and celebrate…you deserve it!
Tonight, we will gather in the hotel bar for a post-race celebration and drink!

From Hotel Century Old Town, it’s a straightforward 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes by public transport to the start area ( Bubenské Nábřeží, Holešovice. ). Please leave plenty of extra time to make your way through the crowds and to drop off your bag (if you chose this option), as well as to find your specific start pen. On arrival at the start please follow the instructions of the race officials, run, and have fun!
After finishing the race, please grab a quick lunch prepare to leave the hotel and board the transport provided to complete the second half of your trip in Berlin!
Sunday, March 29
Breakfast will be available early. Those running the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON 2026 will easily be able to walk to the start from Intercity Hotel Hauptbahnhof. Your Marathon Tours & Travel host will be happy to escort runners to the start area or you can follow the directions provided to make your own way, in your own time. From Intercity Hotel Hauptbahnhof, it’s a straightforward 10 minutes walk to the runners only start area (front of the Reichstag). Your bib number provides you with free train travel to the start today (subject to confirmation by race organisers). Please leave plenty of extra time to make your way through the crowds and to drop off your bag (if you chose this option), as well as to find your specific start pen. On arrival at the start please follow the instructions of the race officials, run, and have fun!
Spectators can easily access the GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON 2026 route as Intercity Hotel Hauptbahnhof is perfectly positioned for race day and to cheer on the runners.
After the race make your way back to the hotel, freshen up and celebrate…you deserve it!

Course: Start and finish at Bubenské Nábřeží, Holešovice. The course is a flat, fast loop of the city.
Race Time: 10:00am
Minimum Pace/Cut-off Time Policy: 3 hours
Eligibility: Marathon Tours & Travel, an authorized tour operator, is required to offer travel arrangements in conjunction with guaranteed race entry. All runners must be born in the year 2009 or earlier to participate in the GENERALI Prague Half Marathon 2026.

Number Pick up: You must pick up your race bib and packet at the GENERALI Prague Half Marathon Expo prior to race day.
Temperature: Average temperatures range between 2C to 10C (40F to 55F).
Awards: Every finisher receives a medal.

Registration & Booking

Rates: All prices are based on current exchange rates and may change due to currency fluctuations.
Eligibility: Marathon Tours & Travel, an authorized tour operator, is required to offer travel arrangements in conjunction with guaranteed race entry. All runners must be born in the year 2008 or earlier to participate in the Berlin Half-Marathon. Race rules and general race T&C’s apply.
Reservations and Payments: A completed tour application together with a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person must be received before confirming your reservations. Final payment must be received before January 5, 2026. Final payments received after January 5, 2026 will be charged a $50.00 late payment fee.
Cancellations: All payments, including your deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Non-transferrable includes applying your balance to another person, another year or another trip. Should you cancel for any reason, you will forfeit your trip investment. Therefore, travel insurance for every trip is highly recommended. All cancellations must be received in writing.
Not included in price: All items not specifically listed under tour features.
Insurance: For your protection, trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is highly recommended for all participants. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance.

Travel Insurance for Canadian ResidentsSecurity Policy: Marathon Tours & Travel’s security policy requires that anyone staying in our room block must be registered as part of our package. If a registered client attempts to house a non-registered guest and /or invite them to attend any of our scheduled activities, the registered guest’s tour package will be forfeited and parties may be denied access to future tours. Please note that no exceptions will be made as this policy will be strictly enforced.
Responsibility: These tours are operated by Marathon Tours, Inc. of Chelsea, MA who acts only as an agent for the passenger to the companies offering such services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by any reason whatsoever by any party offering such services. All terms and conditions offered are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure with a refund, less applicable credit card and processing fees, made as full settlement to the passenger. The right is reserved by Marathon Tours, Inc. to deny acceptance of a booking application by any person. Marathon Tours, Inc. may make any changes or alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary for the proper handling of the tour. The sole responsibility of any airline used is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their aircraft.

Trip Designer
Patrick joined the Marathon Tours & Travel team after receiving his Master of Business Administration degree from Grand Canyon University. While earning his degree, he spent a year in the Harvard University athletic department working in marketing and fan engagement. Born and raised in New Jersey, Patrick also spent time working in the athletic departments of both Princeton and Monmouth University in similar roles. Patrick is a graduate of William Paterson University of New Jersey with a B.A. in Sport Management and Business Administration and has a passion for both running and sports alike. He hopes to combine his passion of travel and running with his business acumen to create incredible experiences for runners around the world.
