The Abbott World Marathon Majors (AbbottWMM) is a series consisting of eight of the largest and most renowned marathons in the world: Tokyo Marathon, Boston Marathon® presented by Bank of America, TCS London Marathon, Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS, BMW BERLIN-MARATHON, Bank of America Chicago Marathon and TCS New York City Marathon.

As an Approved International Tour Operator for the majority of events within the Abbott World Marathon Majors (AbbottWMM) series, we are proud to offer travel packages that include guaranteed race entry, making it easier for you to reach the start line of the world’s most iconic marathons.

Whether it’s your first AbbottWMM or your eighth, our packages are perfect for runners looking to secure an entry. Our packages, designed for you and your companion(s), include some of the following key elements:

Seven Continents Club® (SCC) Members receive priority for our AbbottWMM packages that include guaranteed entry. Members can pre-register for free and will then be notified in order of SCC Tier ahead general sale. Find out details on how to become a member here. 

Marathon Tours & Travel USA provides guaranteed entry to the following AbbottWMM events. Please note that entries must be purchased in addition to a travel package, unless otherwise stated.

Candidate Race

The final marathon currently in the candidacy stage is the Shanghai Marathon. Should it pass and meet the credentials required to become an Abbott World Marathon Major, they will become the ninth major in the series. As it stands, if the Shanghai Marathon passes, it will join the series in 2027.
